“Vivero” is a Spanish word that directly translates to “nursery” in English. It also translates to “A place where living things are cultivated and cared for”

Amy is a producer, entrepreneur, amateur farmer and lifelong professional Yoga student. She is a RYT 200 hr trained Yoga instructor (currently in 300 hr training) and has been practicing  since 2002. She enjoys leading classes that are creative, informative and a lively mix of philosophy, pranayama, meditation and asana. She calls herself a lifelong “student” rather than “teacher” and leads classes to help others develop their own Yoga practices.

For Amy, Yoga is about perpetual learning (forever the student) and supports positive mental health. Her daily yoga practice, often interrupted by dogs, brings her to a state of joy.
